Scope
What we arrange.
Tank leases.
Clean-product and residual tankage on negotiated terms: duration, throughput commitments, heel treatment and tank-to-tank transfer rights.
Blending.
Component sourcing and blend programmes to a target certificate, with independent inspection of components and the final blend.
Throughput and tolling.
Processing and throughput arrangements with third-party facilities where the economics support them, modelled before commitment.
Regional focus
Gulf terminal markets.
Fujairah · Jebel Ali · Hamriyah · Sohar
The relevant terminal, term and operating arrangement depend on the product, timing, throughput requirement and economics.
Limits
Client-side arrangements.
Ophir Gate does not own terminals and does not resell capacity it does not hold. The firm is paid by the client under a fee agreed in writing; terminals pay it nothing.
Where an arrangement needs technical or inspection expertise the firm does not hold in house, that expertise is contracted in and named to the client before work begins, or the engagement is declined.
